1. Eighteen is an adult and should not be associated with a child (17 and youger)
2. Helps protect from sexual preator; was not organally ment for teens
3. Maturity levals are not high enough to consent and examine consequenses to sexual acts
4. Age of Consent laws help prevent teen pregancy.
5. Laws are put in place to protect minors from sexual exploitation

Against:
1. How do you define statutary rape when both have consented to the act.
2. The Law is misinturpreted
3. Teens are being chared with molestation charges unfairly.
4. Teens are registerd and marked as a sexual predator.
5. a single mistake from teens follow them their whole life
